  • All prices on Fixla.lk are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/MasterCard)

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

3.  Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across Sri Lanka via trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time is typically 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery fees are displayed at checkout. Free delivery is available for orders above Rs. 10,000.

4.  Returns & Replacements

  • Products can be returned or replaced within 3 days if:

    • Item is damaged during delivery

    • Wrong product received

    • Product is defective or not functioningTo request a return, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Customer must provide unboxing video or photos for damage claims.

5.  Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability or pricing errors.
